I hit Harris Lake with a buddy of mine a couple weeks ago. He destroyed me in the catch department for the first hour or so (catfish). I finally got a bite and set the hook. He is giving me a hard time about finally catching something when I see the water boil. I told him this was not a catfish but a big bass. He grabbed the net and we get the fish on board. I really wish we had a scale since this one was definitely in the high single digits and might have tipped 10 lbs. We took a couple pictures and watched it swim away to fight another day.
