    Default Forum Issues today

Hi folks. There is some weird stuff happening on the backend of the forum system today. I've opened a support ticket with tech support to check it out. If you have any issues with problems posting, etc. that you want to share please do so in this thread and I'll pass them on. Hopefully they can clear up the problems pretty quickly.

Makes me want to go fishing. Thanks for your patience.

Tried to search the Bay River M&G thread and Search function would not work earlier today. But I could enter into google with a couple more key words and find the thread that way and get it to come up.

New members that have posted, yet their posts haven't showed up, this is likely why. Just a head's up.

I am frustrated beyond belief. I keep getting "blacked" every time I try to open a picture. I even went so far today as to open up a new thread. I'm not sure what people are doing to eliminate this problem, but the website has become fairly useless to me these days. What should I do?

You could also try opening it in Chrome. It seems to work much better there...

Are Chrome and IE 11 going to conflict??
    Thx...JYJ
Nope. They both will work at the same time. I usually use both to test issues in case I want to make sure the problems are isolated.

I have never had any of the other posting problems on my Mac. I had no problem typing this post on quick reply.
I believe Microsoft is trying to promote their newest browser Edge and moving away from IE.

This will depend on your browser and any plugins you run on the browser. you may be blocking a script from running.

I have gotten a "Database not found" a couple of times.

Good to see a post from you Trigger. I hope that means you back in touch now, I have missed seeing those desert stripers.

Thanks Darrell. I have finally made it back stateside. With any luck there'll be some pics of some smiling kids and an old drum or two real soon as I'm headed back to NC for a week of leave.

If your driving through Hickory and need a place to put up for the night, let me know. I know you will be in a hurry to get there, but a little rest would make the next 6 hours go easier.

I really appreciate the offer Darrell and if I wasn't flying I'd take you up on it. I only plan to make the trek across the country in a car one more time and that's when I move back to NC. 36 hours behind the wheel is too much for me to do too many times. That and it's cheaper to fly than it is drive.

I get that message as well, trigger. I've got it in the past also.

The issues I was having earlier are no longer a problem. All good.
