Default Fishing the Savannah basin highlands

Fished the upper Savannah Basin highlands today including the Chauga River and some smaller creeks. I got my hands on some gorgeous Bartram's Bass - a subspecies of the Coosa Bass still be studied by scientists. I also got some nice Bluehead Chubs and got my first trout ever, a couple nice Rainbows fishing some secluded pools in the upper reaches of the Chauga River. Was a great day overall for my first freshwater trip in South Carolina.

Oh yeah, Bartram's bass is one of my favorites. Small but fight like crazy and very pretty. WTG bro!
