I have 16 large chicken sausages (mozzarella & garlic flavor, moderately healthy at only 160 calories per link) which I will saute with onions and peppers, and serve with optional rolls.

John has Yankee dogs (NYC canines are becoming an endangered species).... Powell usually grills up a nice chunk of roadkill..... And I think I heard something about BBQ for those who need a touch of NC.

Ted will have the delicious Texas sheet cake... And I know how difficult it is to steal sheets from a Texan.

So I suspect we are well covered on main courses. Another desert, a potato dish, or even (gasp) vegetables might be a good idea. Of course, being men, anything with the word "BACON" in the description would also go over well.

And of course, liquid apple pie is always welcome. I will have some store bought... but no connections for the real stuff.

Donnie's buddy has my spare yak and then there will either be Slayer 14 or a frontier 10. Just be warned if you hits rocks in the frontier you have to say sorry to Ted. I believe he will know deep down in his soul that his former yak has took damage

my buddy is wavering on coming down, he recently was displaced from his job and the drive is $200 in gas, I will let you know for sure by Wed so you don’t lug it with you if he won’t be there.

as for Sat night grub, I think I’m going to try and make a corn casserole, I just need to test my new smoker to make sure it can get hot enough (need 350į), if it doesn’t I’ll make meatballs.

i will be lake fishing also, would like to find some crappie.

AccuWeather is calling for a low of 35 Saturday night with winds at 7 gusting to 10. A heater for the tent might be a good idea and a huge pot of coffee in the morning.

Powell if you plan on sleeping in a hammock that would be interesting to see.

Very sorry you're not well enough for this one. Get better and we will see you in May! We will toast your health this weekend with a group Mason jar.
