    Default Jordan stripers

I've never targeted striped bass before, but I saw an article almost describing using a saltwater technique of looking for birds and targeting fish on deep pints and offshore structure. I went over Jordan lake today and noticed flocks of gulls on the lake. Any truth to this?

I've caught a couple in there, but it's been several years ago. I was crappie fishing, not necessarily targeting them. We caught two the same day and one was a little over 9.5 lbs.

Some of the guys on crappie.com could give you better info, if nobody chimes in here.

Someone I paddle SUP with was by there today and ramps were closed. She said water was pretty much to the top of the sand at Ebeneezer's beach.

The seagulls are often around the shad but I never witnessed a frenzy of busting fish around them like you might see at the coast.
