While there's never a shortage of food at our outings this one has traditionally become quite a smorgasbord event. One year we even had a Red X cake. Included is the epicurean delight of 'nugget du fin', which for those not familiar with such gourmet offerings, consists of either trout, smallmouth, crappie, bream etc. fileted with nary a bone remaining, cubed and drenched in egg, House Autry seafood breader and dropped into a gallon of hot oil. Of course, it's up to you to provide the fish.

Lol h2ohhh, but there isn’t anything wrong with trout and flounder nuggets even if there aren’t likely to be any smallmouth, crappie or bream included..

I might be willing to offer a ride in Ricochet to go see Uncle Darrell. Somehow I got all this inshore gear, might even pick up brother Cody on the way...

I feel the same way. If I didn't make it clear the last couple years, I ain't missing this one. Besides, I probably have something that belongs to Powell in my camping stuff I have to return.

If you forget stuff then you don't have to pack as much

Red X Angler - When we catch and release we don't want to eat it, we just want to make it late for something.

I’m placing it on the calendar. Trying to make as many events I can this year to make up for all the events I missed in previous years.

Let it rain, Sahara heat or snow Im ready for it. Just have to get a loading system for the kayaks. Plowboys rig was my inspiration to own one of these.

9 weeks 5 days until Bay River get together, Someone really needs to step up host a new meet. The withdrawal symptoms have already started to set in. I confess Im a addicted to the fellowship and camaraderie. 😱
