\r\n Air temp HOT!, water temp HOT!, bite was HOT!
\nHere\'s the Mungo report from yesterday 5/28.
\nEarly topwater action, found a large school of Reds on the flats.
\nWatched them run down our topwaters, slam into them, blast them out of the water & miss all 6 hooks.
\nFollowed them around for awhile getting constant blow ups. We just could not get them to fully commit.
\nMungo fooled one to eat & even that Red pulled the hooks.
\n
\nMoved around, searching everywhere, under docks, in the creeks from Hampstead to WR.
\nWith water temp at 82 degrees in the morning.
\nWe put away all dreams of using soft plastics, hard plastics & had to resort to live bait.
\nLive bait was the ticket to a successful day of catching.
\nWe caught short Flounders, a large Ray, a small Blues & 20 Reds.
\nFrom slot to upper slot, too busy catching, only a few pictures. All released.
\n Off the water by 1, just too HOT ! ...... ICM
