After installing new outboardmotor, how does one adjust the Teleflex Safe-T steering cable so the outboardcenter is same as steering wheel center? My new outboard is off 10-12 degrees. When I move the steering wheel woodruff key to the next slot, itís off the same amount in the opposing direction. Does the cable have to come back out, move the steering wheel and reinsert cable? or is there an adjustment at the outboard motor end of the cable?
\nOf course I\'ve already moved the trim tab and that moves the backend of the boat but the steering wheel continues to point 10 o\'clock position. Looking for solution to cable itself.
