\r\n Had a good time on Tillery this morning. First fish in the boat was a 46lb blue. Caught about 8 other blues, biggest at 22lbs. That big blue was a blast in the current. Fishing 10-25\'. Using all shad today. The water is at 48* but the fish are really starting to move. \r\n

\r\n Just curious, how much time do you typically spend on a morning trip to Tillery? Do you move around much or spend the time sitting on 1-2 spots? Trying to make my own catfish excursions more productive, as lately they have resulted in lots of skunk :/

\r\n I usually start before or at daylight till 1030. About the 3rd week of April I switch over to evening fishing. I spend about 45min to an hour at a spot. Just depends on what happening. This time of year the bait is moving into the bays or up river. Try locating shallower ledges that hold baitfish up river and in the bays look for big points or flats near creek channels.\r\n
