My most productive color has been white with a chartreuse tail but I don’t fish them as much as others.

White gulp shrimp (solid, glow, spice or white w/ chart- tails). New penny is my backup color also. I prefer 3" so there's less to grab other than hook, but my friends fish 4" and do well.
Later in the season, white ripple mullet with chartreuse tails.
