Very stained water. Did not even try hitting the bank with moving baits. Netted some shad and bottom fished all day around the air lines. Hit a few creek channel intersections and underwater humps as well. A few cats, nothing else. But, I did get to see what I'm pretty sure is a nesting pair of eagles. I do not think they are fish hawks. They are hanging around the south end of the Highway 68 overlook parking lot. One would periodically take to the air and soar screeching at the same time. You can hear them from a very long distance these things are very vocal and loud. Made up for the lack of fish. It certainly explains the lack of pigeons that usually in habit the dam riser.
