    Default Daughters first big bass

Hey guys. Had a proud dad moment yesterday. I have my daughter for the summers and went fishing for the first time on my new to me boat. We went to belews lake. After an hour of fishing she caught a nice 4lb bass!

Congrats and awesome job! I know she will probably remember that for a long time and hopefully that will make her enjoy fishing as much as dad!

If she caught a 4 pounder at Belews, that's a real nice fish. Way to go!

Hey man I know the feeling, but mine are grown now and I miss those days more than anything. But they still fish and are teaching me new tricks now. But whatever you do dont ever take these days forgranted. Congrats and and that grin on her face is priceless.

    Thanks guys!

Yea that was by far the biggest fish I’ve seen from belews. I usually do good there but they are typically 1-2lbs
