    Yesterday's warm water temperature once again has turned them off.
    Did manage 3 on topwater, biggest 3.5# all released..........ICM

    One bite in 4 hours last Saturday, but at least it was a good one. Caught him on a slack tide in the morn with a halo shad. Had to up the weight to get the lure to the bottom of the creek.

    i have heard in years past the trout will move up to downtown jacksonville but what about further past the wildlife ramp and up the river or blue creek? Id love to take my kayak out right behind northwoods and be able to get some action close to home

    NOrmally the fish would already be up that area, but warmer temps have kept them down in lower river waters. Maybe the cold snap this week will push them on up river.
