Hey everyone ...can we get a head count of everyone that will be attending the fly flingers club meeting on the 11 th of november. So far, we have scott hobbs & deepblu505, dennis rouse, yakattack fly flinger, tarheel fly flinger, wes perry...the gentleman that is letting us use the fun farm again where we had our last metting at. So far ... That's only six people. Is anyone else coming.
Thanks Scott....I will do that. I may have just over looked that. it would be great if charlie can make it....he is a very good tyer and a nice fella to boot.
I will call the local members and see if they want to come over. We also met a nice young man from the Scouts and he is a wonderful caster...he wants to come to the meeting. There is no charge or fee to attend and participate and have fun!!!
Allen ....post the address so these folks can find it....I don't remember where it was at but will Google
it and head that way.
I;'ll just use your house as a starting point....
ok...here is the address...it's 2915 towerhill rd, kinston , nc.
There is no mail box with the address...but there is a sign out by the road that says perry farm, there is also a big metal yellow swing gate at the entrance...it's the second house in the back off of the road. If anyone needs help with directions let us know or we can meet at allen' house..114 dunn rd. Kinston , nc.
So this is passed JP harrison correct, not on short tower hill. For those coming from Sport Shop area, Leave the hotel and head towards Kinston when you get to Hardee's verve right onto Queen St, take Queen St to the Court house and make a right onto King St follow this to HWY 11/Martin Luther King Blvd(last light) and make a left stay in right lane goto Washington St and make a right. I think it is the third light down. Once You get on Washington stay straight and go through the light it will turn into Tower Hill after the light. If you miss Washington St you can go down to Highland Ave/ JP harrison(should be 2nd light after Washington St) and make a right, goto the light and make a left. Hope this helps
Marius, there is no light at washington & tower hill. When you get to the & tower hill. Go straight accross onto towerhill rd. You will see a gas station on the left corner. Keep straight on tower hill rd. for 1 mile... You will go around a curve, the graveyard will be on the right side. As soon as you go around the curve , start looking on the right & you should see the yellow metal gate & the perry farm sign. Its the house in the back behind the house in the front.
Yup you are right it is just an intersection at the C mart, the only time I drive that way I am driving emergency traffic and stop signs and lights are treated the same. Complete stop and proceed through with caution.
Attention ......because of dangerous weather , the meeting is cancelled!!!!! The meeting will be rescheduled in december!!! There is a big danger of flooding . We all need to be safe!!!!
lol maybe..............have fingers crossed that I will have it back by the weekend. If not I may have a ride with georgep, bring your boat and lets try the stella bridge area
