    Default Harris Lake 1/8/12 Hawgs

Did so good last week we had to have a round 2 this weekend! Got to the boat ramp at 10:45 and started trolling from the power lines backward towards the roadbed. Heath had the best fish at 6+ pounds! Also caught a 4lb3oz and a 3lb7oz and 4, 1lb-2.5lbers and 2 crappie. All fish were caught on norman dd22 running at 20+ft . Tried the alabama rig also but no strikes.

Very nice...going to have to change your name from "senkomaster" to "crank-o-master"...

Dollar for dollar, those Norman Cranks are a consistant fish catcher...caught many of those BIG winter smallmouth in NY State while using them. For the price range you can't go wrong. One of my pet-peeves, is the price of some of the lures out there today. With a lot in the 15-20 dollar range, I'd rather go oldschool...I for one, feel they are way too overpriced.

    Again...nice work!

I totally agree joey, the old school dd22 that you can get at walmart for 3.95 seems to work better than anything else hands down...and no, i will switch back to my senkos for spring dont worry

Not sure, but when we made the run from the bridge down past the power lines to the ramp, we saw a good sized kayak flotilla! I was only out for a few hours, we were headed back to the ramp anyway when that quick rain shower hit.
