    Price Paid: 2266.2
    Recommended: yes
    Cons: None
Pros: Great display, network interface, lots of capabilities
I purchased a Furuno packge of NavNet Radar, GPS, Navpilot and VHF. The Radar unit is really sweet. It has a very bright, easy to view display. All the functions are intuitively laid out and it has a lot of power regarding options. I also purchased the Furuno PG500R heading sensor with the system for an additional $589.00.

First trip out with it I could see a storm brewing to the Southeast. Switched on the Radar and could see the storm was moving up the coastline so we kept trolling out the channel and it moved behind us. It is a tremendous piece of mind to know that you can monitor changing weather situations and potentially stay out of harms way. The only thing to add now is the new Furuno Weather satellite addition to the NavNet network system.
