Pros: I own two first edition see cover photo below that came out in 1990. This edition has 40 pages and filled with drawings and illustrations. I like the books format on fish species covering where, when, how, tips, size and paragraph on fish facts. Also Joe sharing his experience on where to catch fish and tides, currents, winds and water temperature. I keep a copy in my saltwater tackle box and one on the bookshelf. This book is good surf fishing reference material and an enjoyable read.
The first edition may be out of print and you will have to check the used book stores in your neck of the woods, antique shops, visit the online used book websites or go to the county library book sales to purchase.\r\n
