My friend makes this anytime she has everyone over for a party. It's a great appetizer.

4 oz. thin sliced smoked salmon
1/4 c. whipped cream cheese ( she uses the 8 oz container)
20 small fresh dill ( sprigs)
20 fresh sugar snap peas

1. separate the pieces of salmon carefully. spread slices with cream cheese.
2. cut each slice of salmon into 3x1 in. strips. top each strip with dill. place 1 sugar snap pea crosswise on each strip; roll up.
