Have you ever been running through the fridge and found some scallops that look really good but didn't have a clue what to do with them? Well then, I've got a recipe for you. If you can make ice, you can make this.

  • 1 pound whole large bay scallops.
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce.(Worstchershier works well too.)
  • 1 tablespoon Spice Bouquet seafood seasning.
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Salt.
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Pepper
  • Minced Garlic.
  • 1/2 stick butter.
  • White Wine.(Chardonay works great too.)
Cooking Instructions:
  1. Marinate the scallops in a plastic container a marinade of soy sauce, seafood seasoning, garlic salt and pepper for 10-20 minutes.
  2. Melt 1/2 half stick of butter in a large skillet and add in 2 spoonfulls of minced garlic before putting in the scallops.
  3. After the butter has melted and the minced garlic begins to sizzle, put in the scallops.
  4. Sautee the scallops for about 3 minutes before you begin to put the white wine into the mix. You can put as much wine as you want, but don't over do it.
  5. Sautee for about 2-3 more minutes before taking them up.
