Took my kayak out to the Eno River Boat Ramp relatively early yesterday at about 8:15am. Gorgeous day if it wasn't so darn hot. Paddled out towards the confluence with the Flat River and maybe a mile up that way. Saw PLENTY of bass jumping at topwater attractions along with bream. I couldn't get...
Gorgeous morning to wade the Eno.
Steady bite from 9:30a - 12:00p: 3 LMBs, 11 Roanokes (3 were chunky - all just under 1 lb.), and 1 brim.
All were caught on Yamamoto 5" Black Senko and 4" Green Pumpkin Black Flake Double Tail Grub.
Wish I would have brought a camera with me.
