I'm sure OptiMystic will show up any minute now to tell you about his. We've fished lakes and rivers and his boat has done everything you need a fishing kayak to do. I think the upper weight limit where you would be happy in a boat that size would be not much over 200 lbs.

I got mine at KMart. Google to find a $25 off of $150 or more; will bring it down to about $175. I could sell it for what I paid easily. Ordered online will ship free to a local store for pickup. Cheap, light and workable. I am pleased with it for the money and for the uses I have for it. If you can find a good used boat for the same money, jump on it. I don't carry much and I did a lot of white water kayaking so I am comfortable sitting in it. I understand the limitations and I am building a sit on top for beyond the breakers. I will keep the sun dolphin for small water though.
