Alright boys and girls....times ticking.....we have but one week to go....(WHOOOO HOOOOO!!!)...

Still seeing black drum lots of small ones but they are finally growing up and getting bigger.....the red drum are finally getting smaller....you can actually keep some of them now....(before they were all to big)....Mullet are doing good also off the end of the pier and from the surf....still catching an amazing number of small flounder....only a handful can you actually keep.....blues tend to start in around dark...and finding them in and around the surf....Im hearing the trout fisherman complain about the blues while trying to catch other things....

Actually heard of blowfish the other night....water is getting cooler.....

Im seeing and hearing of lots of people in waders prowling the beach late at night..... wonder what they are doing.....might have to go find out....

Those little buggers get around - I didn't know they liked to surf too. But only at night?

Speckled Pinfish like to play hide n seek with the puppies at night.Especially the reddogs..

No not only at night. Dawn and dusk are good too. The night part works well near permanent lights, like those on the pier. Also on or near a full moon.
