Take your pick Jordan, Falls or Harris. All three of them kick out 7+ lb fish on a regular basis. I have caught fish over 8 lbs out of all three.

Definately Harris! Ive fished there a total of six times and 4 out of six Ive released a bass over 7 pounds. Its a weird lake though. If its on its on but if its off its off. Theres no in between.
