Yes boaters and non boaters . The location is @ Lawson Creek Park landing in New Bern N.C. Entry fees are $50.00 per team paid or post marked by 04 March 2015 or $70.00 the day of the tournament at the launch ramp. Please call me @ 910-381-5751 and give me your name and address and I'll be happy to mail you an application for the tournament . The tournament rules are on the application .
