so everyoneon here who is condeming this 12 year old has never kept a fish???????...as long as he is legal we shouldnt worry about it........taking a spawning bass does not hurt the bass population......maybe in canada but not here...........

not hi jacking any thread,.....selective harvest can includea female with eggs.......there is no difference if you harvest her in the fall without eggs or inthe sping with eggs.......she didnt spawn which is ok as long as he is legal.........i just get sick and tired of everyone wishing their thoughts or thieir ethics on another fisherman......keep a 50 lb flathead and post in on a catfish forumand u think you had just dynamited a pond........5o- lb flathead eats bass, crappie and what evr it wants....i have seen it.......i am done mack
