ive been down fishing ntb for the last say month ive caught some nice choppers by 8 to 12 pounds but lately nothing bigger than 3 or 4 is anybody noticeing the same thing

Once the bullheads or choppers start migrating they move pretty fast. Schools come from up North and out of the Chesapeake and move quickly to Nags Head then Oregon Inlet and Hatteras, then they head South for the summer. The smaller taylor blues are always around. And, a blitz of blues can make a day of fishing alot of fun if you are lookin for action. Most folks, give them to the King fishermen for bait.
