Interesting that it talks about grilling sardine fillets. Do they get that big?

Atlantic mackerel is commonly known as boston mackerel. Great bait
Thanks. I did not know that (obviously :eek:). So I guess they are more like sardines. Since they mentioned them in the same sentence as salmon I had my hopes up.

Something else I found interesting in the article is that they referred to "Asian catfish". That's a phrase you will not see at the grocer; the American catfish producers got some kind of regulation passed to protect their brand. You usually see "Swai" or some other names, but they won't say "catfish". Those (the Asian ones) are on the bad list.
