With all the talk of white bass on the site recently, I decided to take my lunch time bank fishing at one of the impoundments in Durham today. Caught 3 white bass - 1 decent sized. Water was high and somewhat stained. Used white curly tail grub on 1/16 roadrunner jighead. A nice break from sitting at the desk.

I drive by a couple of them frequently, have even stopped to scout the area at Stagecoach, but never have taken gear to any of them to try. Very nice break!
