How could anybody not get a 2nd date after that good time. Good job guys 
Big Striper in New Bern
This is probably one of my favorite trips and I didnt even catch a fish We were asked by WRNS to take out a blind date fishing and we couldnt pass on that. We went into the neuse and suprisingly found some REALLY nice striper. The bait has moved up the neuse river into new bern and the fishing is heating up. Look for bait and sharp drop offs and fish the drop off for some really nice tugs. We ended up with 8-9 fish with 3 over 27" It was so good that I had to go back last night and landed my personal best of 31.5" I will try and get that video up soon. All the big fish were caught on the wobble head with honeyhole eels in the olive color.
