Well I myself will never stand for that kind of a law. I'm sure this loophole will be corrected..

Thank goodness we have a multi layer court system in the US. Most of the time that is suffcient to counter a "rogue" judge that has a hidden agenda or something that clouds his/her senses just as in this case. Of course once in while even that doesn't work as is the case with the SC ruling on Emient Domain. I sure hope this District Judge gets overruled in appeals court.

Bet he looses a few votes from boaters next election........

Wont last long,, especially when they count up how much $$$ boating/fishing/hunting brings to a state in not only licenses, fuel consumption, products and registrations... they'd be stupid to uphold such a silly law.

That Judge needs to get out more. What a drag he must be to everyone in his life. Sad....
