Thank goodness we have a multi layer court system in the US. Most of the time that is suffcient to counter a "rogue" judge that has a hidden agenda or something that clouds his/her senses just as in this case. Of course once in while even that doesn't work as is the case with the SC ruling on Emient Domain. I sure hope this District Judge gets overruled in appeals court.

Bet he looses a few votes from boaters next election........
