I couldn't agreee more but they did you see the news story about the high school graduation in Charlotte where the Pledge of Allegiance was said in english and then repeated in spanish? That just doesn't set well with me. If you are going to cross the border, do so legally and learn to speak the language the way most of our ancestors did!!all LEGAL immigrants that desire citizenship and pledge allegiance to our constitution and embrace our freedoms and way of life are welcome here.
Sunday feb 4th, 4 latinos hit the delayed harvest (catch and release) section of the nantahala river fishing with corn, which is illegal, they took around 100 trout from the stream virtually destroying over 1 mile of our trout. They were thoughtful enough to leave the heads and guts, scatterad in the stream for a mile or so. They didn't show any fear of our laws, but then why should they? Our government will not enforce them anyway!! This was the main section of the stream that I make a honest living for my family from october til june. I was so mad I had to repent for days, and I'm still not finished yet !! I attempted to send a message to them thru their un-american employer, that I don't speak spanish, but my baseball bat and my Ruger DOES !!!I'm in trouble! Mexican is my favorite food.BTW all LEGAL immigrants that desire citizenship and pledge allegiance to our constitution and embrace our freedoms and way of life are welcome here.
Thanks Randy, and we'll include their employer in that too!!! they are illegal too !!That they are Latino is irrelevant to me. The fact that they are lawbreakers is the key. I'm sure we all have encountered 'good old boys' and others in our lifetimes that were just as despicable. BTW my grandfather used a word that I always liked for people who had no respect for the law, the property of others or for God's creation. He referred to them as 'pure sorriness'.
My wife just gave me a plaque with that poem upon it... I saw right away where it needed to go...Lefty, I like your signature!![]()
