The grandson and his Dad made it out to Hickory for some white perch and bream action off of the pier. They forgot the bait, but no inspection of the cupboard in the cabin found a can of corn. This LargeMouth must have a taste for Libby's. They had quite a few fish, mostly bream, Christopher is quite proud of the fact that all of Dad's fish were the small ones.

I missed it Scott,

Grandpa was off looking at a used outboard. I would have been as well off to have went fishing, but I think the trip made me decide to repair my own motor instead of getting a used one.

He was at the house this afternoon when I got up still totally animated with the blow by blow description of the fight.
