Fished club tourney at Buckhorn this past Saturday. First time at the lake. Thanks to some reports on NCAngler I was able to get an idea what to expect. I like to stay shallow on unfamiliar lakes and from info on here it got us headed in the right direction.
We ended up in second place with 17-4. Winner had over 18 pounds and third had 17-2. Big fish was over 7 pounds. Lots of fish were caught.
We caught all our fish on buzz baits and jigs.
