About noon today my daughter and I headed out to Buggs Island/Kerr Lake for a few hours to wet some hooks and to get the big boat wet for the first time this year. We put in at Bluestone and moved around some to check the boat out as it's also the first time it's been in fresh water. After burning some fuel we started wetting hooks and jerking lips We caught a few and had a ball doing it. When she was born I never thought she would love doing things like this with her Dad.
