Every time I try to load profile pic....says upload failed.

Didnt see a technical section so put this here. Help !

What is the pic? .JPG .BMP etc? Maybe a smaller size pic?

It is a .jpg. Have found them usually to be more "load" friendly.

No issue here, using safari on the iPad and selecting an image to upload from the photo library on the device.

i do see this message: Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 195.3 KB (whichever is smaller).

I have no idea what the size was on my photo, so not sure how much credence to give that warning, but if I was on a PC and could validate the size that would be one thing to check. Also, if you're using the retrieval from URL for a hosted picture on the web, there are sometimes issues with processing the URLs. You might try downloading the image locally and add to profile using the upload option.

In case anyone needs it going forward, use the Contact Us link in the footer (lower) part of the screen. richinnc, if you will send me your photo I will add it to your profile for you. Not sure what is causing that issue for you.

For anyone following....I got it to work. It was a "nomenclature" problem. I was trying to load in an unloadable area. Got it figured out.

Click on the "Settings" link at the very top of the page then look in the left hand column under "My Settings". Click on "Edit Profile Picture" and then choose one of the options for adding a picture your account profile. Here is the quick link:
