I'll be down for a week or so at carolina beach, i'll have my kayak with me looking for possible locations to fish, know fort fishers good place, any other places, figured snows cut will have to much current, any place around there to hooked up on some sheepies.. if anyones going to be down let me know we can possible get together..thanks

I yakked down to the dredge pond from Carolina beach state park yesterday. Couldn't find a flounder because the croakers were so big they were eating my live mullet! Did see some drum in one of the flats on the side of the river but I spooked them off. Fort fisher is also a great place. The rock wall should have sheepshead and black drum on both sides of it. Good Luck! With I could have yakked more when I was there this time but it was too hot. Also, stay out of snows cut it's crazy this time of year.
