caught 2 bass tody but was afraid to go for a 3rd cause somebody told me the 3rd has to be a certain size - is this so - oh yea i was on MOTT LAKE ON FORT BRAGG

If you are talking about keeping the bass, you can keep 5 fish per day, minimum 14 inches, but 2 can be less than 14. That is in all NC public waters, except certain lakes and rivers. Of course Bragg may have some different limits. Most limits can be found at this link:
