Since we've bought a place in Indian Beach, we're spending an increasing amount of time down here. I don't like to miss church on Sundays, so I thought I would ask for some suggestions of congregations in the area. I attend an Evangelical Presbyterian Church up here in Richmond. It's a Biblically sound church with an emphasis on following Christ everyday and discipling others. If you were to attend, you would probably think it is non-denominational.

I've considered Chapel-by-the-Sea in EI. Anyone attended services there? I'm open to any and all suggestions. I just want to find a community of Christ followers who are eager to serve Him and others.

My wife and I usually attend St. Peter's United Methodist Church in Morehead City when we're staying at our place in Atlantic Beach. They are very welcoming and receptive to weekenders, and we've heard some great messages from their Pastor during our times there.
