The Bassin' has been pretty solid @ Reidsville over the past few weeks.....

2 weeks ago, it took 18 lbs to win a tourney.
Last Sunday it took 17 lbs to win the Jon Boat Championship Fishing tourney (pic below)

last June for the CNCBA @ Reidsville
9 boats caught 96.53 lbs of Bass!!!!
Johnathan Leonard weighed in the biggest @ 7.16 lbs .... Gonna be a great day of fishing!!!





now for something that needs to be addressed.......
As of the June 7th tournament at Reidsville PFDs RULE will be inforced more closly.
CNCBA 2014 Tournament Rules:
BOAT& HORSEPOWER REGULATIONS:
- Approved life jacket or vest(PFD) must be worn by both team members any time the outboard motor is in gear and water craft is running on plane.
-Violation of the preceding rule WILL result in a disqualification.
...
I have 3 reasons that we will be enforcing this rule:
1) I don't want to see anyone injured or drowned because of NOT wearing a PFD. We all have families that love us and depend on us. Wear your PFD so you will always be there for them.
2) Hopefully this will eliminate any legal action that might involve CNCBA in the event that an incident does happen.
3) In the event that both team members aren't wearing PFDs with the boat on plane and another team witnesses it. The witnessing team can protest and there would be no choice but to DQ the team in violation. Which could cost someone a win or finishing in the money.
In the past we have been reluctant to adhere to some of the rules but this is a rule that needs to be enforced. I have talked this over with Doc, CNCBA participants and members of other bass clubs. I know enforcing this may not be well received but I feel its for the best. I hope everyone understands why we are doing this and will adhere to this rule.(Charles)

sorry for the late response .... we are not a club, our tournements are open to anyone with 150 hp or less.



everyone earns points but only the teams that "buy in" the points championship at the begining of the year are elegible for the cash prize at season's end.
