How How! Looks like Seafarer. I spent many years in the Y Guides program and on the LBC as well. I can tell ya some good spots to try at both the camps.
How How! Good eye. I have been in about a dozen years and down several times. The place I would love to get at sometimes would be boating in the big back lake at SeaGull. I haven't had much trouble catching this size and below; they seem to be managing it pretty well for keeping campers happy. If I throw a twisty tail I will generally catch something every few minutes (and with a beetle spin, even more often sometimes). If I size up to a 7" plastic worm then I get a decent bass about every half hour. But as easy as it is to catch stuff up to that size, I have never caught anything much larger than that bass.
Summer of 88 I worked as a counselor at Sea Gull running the nature program. Caught my PB in that back pond while teaching a group of kids how to fish. 10 pounds 6 ounces. I have talked to Triple D about going down to fish that back lake. Shoot me a PM if you're interested.
You mean Double D (aka Blind Zebra)? Or did he get a promotion? :)
Opti, If your at Seafarer go to the pond at the back of the little par 3 golf course. Only a couple good places to cast from but I have lost and caught some of my biggest bass back there.
