That may be something you could fix yourself pretty easily for a fraction of the cost. Patch all the holes with Marine Tex and then apply a Keelshield.

336.481.0705 Greg @ Romans 8 36 Paint & Body Center in Greensboro. He came highly recommended from my good friend and marine dealer. Greg did some work for me on an Everglades last year and his work is outstanding. He'll have you bring it by for an estimate.
