Took a long time Saturday to get bit but once the tide started to come in you could call your shot caught a couple decent fish but Idk how many rat reds they were everywhere... Caught 2 lady fish a couple blues and a couple sea robins 2 first for me not to mention first inshore slam... The flounder was about 7 inches and worst fish of day so I didn't bother with a pic... Wish I would of had a close to keeper at the boat and instead of netting it I was like yea it looks hooked good.... Lifted it out of the water went to bring it in boat and gone.... Cousin had a couple monster blow ups on top faught for a long time then they got off def reds...
Big ones (over 12") are easier to clean - little ones poke you with their spiny fins, horns and raspy skin. Meat is flaky white and dense rather than flaky.
