Years ago the largemouth would school up under the 49 bridge this time of year in the heat of the day. Don't know if they still do or not but worth a shot.

I've got a tent and a gas stove and some lanterns and other things for such occasions.I've found that it is easier to stay somewhere besides the back yard where you have to smell all of those home cooked meals. It is too hot to camp at the lake so my suggestion is to go back to the tackle shop and buy some trout gear and move on up into the Smokies for a couple of weeks. By then if you are lucky she will get worried about you. She might even let you come in and take showers in the evenings.
When I woke up this morning, through the door of the out-building, I could see a jar of peanut butter and a loaf of bread. The note said, "you can use the garden hose anytime you want." She's warming up now, so I'll be fine. This is all fun and games, but in reality I'm probably a couple of more rides with the monkey away from that building.
