I'm looking for a good fish finder / plotter that isn't going to break my bank. Really don't have $1000 to throw at this. Please help if you know something that works and is resonable.

I was looking at the helix they look nice. The imaging is all new to me. I use to just have the piranha I think which was very basic. Thank you for the review. Wish I had the money for that 360 sonar it's crazy lol.

What are you installing it on? What type of fishing do you do? What's your budget? Do you want GPS or can you live without it?

I have a 16 Carolina skiff. Budget around $500. I like getting up in the creeks but also want to be able to see all the drop offs and structure. I want gps just to help for creeks and rivers I haven't explored yet.
