I wouldn't mind trying the area. Only been that way a few times but never in a kayak. I can probably only fish until noon or so though.

How long of a paddle is normally involved there? Is it mostly fishing in the marsh area? Looking at it on google earth, there is a lot of water to cover. I'm definitely in so long as its not blowing or torrential downpour.

It's only about 100 yards from the landing to the fishing ground. Google earth looks farther then what it really is. It's all marsh grass and skinny water

Sorry guys Im out.........by 7AM anyway. Just googled it and its 10 miles from my house and thats a trek in my little boat. I cant drive cuz my trailer is not in shape right now. If anyone makes it back towards Bogue Inlet or EI bridge will be glad to meet up around there.

Is this the shell rock close to Button Family Campground? If possible can I get a address to the exact location that we are meeting so as I can plug it into the GPS. Thanks!
