Ive never been I cant stand the crowds, so I'm no help.

I have never been myself, but if you call the Swansboro chamber of commerce, I think they would give you some very good ideas.

All along the Swanboro waterfront is good - you might have to get there early though. Swansboro has the street festival at the same time with bands etc. We have also watched from Dudley's.

It is the Christmas parade on the water.

Went last year for the 1st time. We were watching from one of the lots on the Swansboro waterfront. They do a good job of making the rounds where it can bee seen well by all on the waterfront or the bridge causeway. There was a good sized crowd and the earlier you got there the better for viewing.

Its cool to watch, they do a small one here in Washington too.
