Caught only 5 wade fishing Saturday for about 3 hours. Water is way low and to clear this early. Not many fishing downstream. Outdoor writer in Roanoke paper states the river is "out of Balance" They had as many Muskie citations as smallmouths, 90 each. Changing the slot limit to 14" to 22" in the air and bringing down the 42" muskie limit.
