Gander Mountain is offering a $50 rebate on St. Croix rods over $180. In addition, I found a coupon online for 10% off and had the rods sent to the store for free shipping. I ordered two Avids, instead of paying $190 each, I paid $130.
For the price of a St. Croix Premier, I got an Avid. Good deal for a rod that is rarely, if ever, on sale and is a great rod.
