Going to let you guys in on a secret

I've caught a ton of fish on these things in the last 25 years since I first found out about them. ;)

They're not cheap but if you watch the video you'll see why.

I can only vouch for the balsa models..........never tried the cedar. Oddly enough I've caught the most fish on the bone color. I plan on ordering a few more this week myself. They are hard to cast and work best with lighter spinning gear.

They are a terrific lure and worth every penny. They get real hard to find as you get farther from the "home turf". I've only fished the balsa models, too, and they perform best using as light a line as you can get away with. I use mono and not fluorocarbon because fluoro sinks and ruins the balance and action.
